Job Description
- Will be responsible for assessing and identifying commercial gaps and opportunities (in terms of Coverage, Distribution, Calls Frequency, Drop Size, Strike Rate, Trade Inventory etc.).
- Will design and suggest different type of trade programs to drive sell-In, sell-out, distribution and share of market, as well as control execution and analyze programs efficiency – ROI (return on investments).
- Will perform regular RTM overview (current and future needs including headcount and structure). Will propose Salesforce Incentive Plans including Individual and Team KPIs.
- Will develop and communicate Cycle Plans to the Sales Force.
- Will prepare business reviews and updates on progress of key projects lead by Sales function.
- Will establish and maintain close working relationship with Sales Management Team (NSM and TSMs), understanding their needs and building those needs into the plans.
- Will support Head of Sales in crafting the Sales Margin Strategy – margins for trade and Sub-D.
- Will assist Head of Sales to optimize TME / TME Lite to ensure maximum effectiveness of the tool to further develop and strengthen Sales strategic and operational capabilities
Job Requirements
- Experience: 5yrs of experience in FMCG sales, Business Development, field operations, distribution management.
- Education: Bachelor / University degree or equivalent
- Skills: Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Technical Proficiency: RTM, Distributor & Distribution Management.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Channel Management and Trade Segmentation Principles.
