Sales Manager

Job Description

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.
• Monitor daily sales operations and provide timely reports to management.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, logistics, and customer service.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or rice industry.
• Strong knowledge of distribution networks and market trends in the rice sector.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and lead a team effectively.
