Basic Information
Job Description
- Manage and develop modern trade accounts including marts and departmental stores
- Handle key retail partners and ensure effective product placement and promotions
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with distributors and retail partners for smooth operations
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends
- Ensure strong in-store visibility, merchandising, and stock availability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and internal teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed (mandatory)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Modern Trade sales
- Prior exposure to handling Bhatbhateni, marts, and departmental stores
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
