Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Manage and lead the regional sales team effectively, ensuring productivity and motivation.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to enhance business performance.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management to support decision-making.
- Travel extensively across assigned regions to ensure brand visibility and client engagement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory unless specified by the company).
- Minimum 3–4 years in the lubricants industry, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of the industrial lubricants market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
