Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the paints, pipe, or hardware sector.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute strategies.
Represent the company professionally at client meetings and events.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the paints, pipe, or hardware sector.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Must have a valid bike license.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
