Job Description
- Lead and manage sales operations within the assigned territory to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors, stockists, and channel partners.
- Drive market expansion and enhance brand visibility in the derma/cosmetics segment across Nepal.
- Conduct regular field visits, monitor market trends, and analyze competitor activities.
- Manage key accounts and support sales teams to improve performance and coverage.
- Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and territory-wise action plans.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG / Cosmetics / Hygiene products
- Strong understanding and exposure to the derma / dermatology market in Nepal
- Proven experience in distributor handling, secondary sales, and market expansion
- Flexible to travel extensively within assigned territories
- Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle
- Practical working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills
