Job Description
- Lead and manage sales operations within the assigned territory to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors, stockists, and channel partners.
- Drive market expansion and enhance brand visibility in the derma/cosmetics segment across Nepal.
- Conduct regular field visits, monitor market trends, and analyze competitor activities.
- Manage key accounts and support sales teams to improve performance and coverage.
- Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and territory-wise action plans.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; Business or Management background preferred.
- Minimum 4–5 years of proven sales experience in Derma, Cosmetics, or Hygiene products.
- Demonstrated experience in area or territory sales management with target achievement responsibility.
- Strong understanding of the derma market landscape in Nepal, including distributors and key accounts.
- Willingness to travel extensively with a valid driving license and personal vehicle.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for reporting, planning, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a target-driven and execution-focused mindset.
