Job Description
- Drive and achieve assigned sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Manage distributors effectively, including stock control, damage, and expiry management.
- Lead, monitor, and motivate the regional sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper execution of sales plans and brand visibility.
- Analyze competitor activities and submit timely reports with actionable strategies.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Train, coach, and develop sales team members to enhance skills and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and market execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales.
- Prior experience in handling distributors and managing a sales team is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a competitive market.
