Job Description

  • Drive and achieve assigned sales targets in line with company objectives.
  • Manage distributors effectively, including stock control, damage, and expiry management.
  • Lead, monitor, and motivate the regional sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper execution of sales plans and brand visibility.
  • Analyze competitor activities and submit timely reports with actionable strategies.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
  • Train, coach, and develop sales team members to enhance skills and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and market execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales.
  • Prior experience in handling distributors and managing a sales team is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation and multitasking skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a competitive market.
