Job Description
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cleanliness, product display, and compliance with brand standards and SOPs.
- Drive sales performance by achieving monthly targets while delivering excellent customer service and professional product consultation.
- Manage inventory responsibly, including stock receiving, storage, display, regular stock counts, and loss prevention.
- Handle cash operations, billing accuracy, POS usage, and submit daily sales, stock, and expense reports to head office.
- Supervise, train, and manage store staff, ensuring discipline, punctuality, grooming, duty rosters, and overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards, while safeguarding company assets and maintaining brand reputation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience (cosmetics/beauty sector preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge with experience in POS systems
- Honest, responsible, and target-oriented personality
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
