Job Description
- Manage and grow FMCG sales in the Birtamode market
- Handle and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and distribution operations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales
- Must have a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within the assigned area
- Practical knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
