Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in assigned regions.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with regional customers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure competitive advantage.
Provide training and guidance to regional sales teams as needed.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Travel across assigned regions to meet customers and ensure brand visibility.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree (required).
Minimum 5 years in sales of hygiene products, with strong knowledge of regional channels and customer networks in Nepal.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop client relationships.
Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
