Job Description
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintain and update customer databases and records
- Generate regular reports on customer feedback and relationship performance
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Running or Completed)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
- Prior experience in a similar role within the automobile industry preferred
