Basic Information
Job Description
- Promote and sell company products within assigned areas to meet sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Execute marketing and promotional plans effectively.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain sales records.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to the management team.
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in FMCG sales.
- Intermediate or Bachelor running can apply
- Strong knowledge of distribution networks and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
