Job Description

  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Spare Parts Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of automobile spare parts and accessories including helmets, batteries, tyres, lubricants, and related components. The role involves developing strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • -Promote and sell automobile spare parts and accessories to retailers, dealers, and workshops.
  • -Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new clients.
  • -Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • -Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.
  • -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, pricing, and industry developments.
  • -Regularly visit clients for product promotion, order collection, and relationship building.
  • -Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain account receivables within target limits.
  • -Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
  • -Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
  • -Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automobile Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the automobile aftermarket and dealer network.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
