Job Description
- Welcome and assist customers in the service center
- Understand customer concerns and accurately record vehicle issues
- Communicate repair and service needs clearly to the technical team
- Provide repair/service estimates and explain procedures to customers
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and follow up on service satisfaction
- Maintain updated service records and job cards
- Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure high service quality
- Uphold company standards for customer service and satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor'Degree in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering
- Experience- Freshers Mechanical Engineer or Automobile Engineer
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic technical knowledge of vehicle systems
- Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
