Job Description
- Process warranty claims as per company policies and manufacturer guidelines
- Inspect and verify warranty claims based on technical assessments
- Maintain accurate records of warranty transactions and reports
- Coordinate with service teams and suppliers for claim approvals
- Ensure compliance with warranty policies and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Automobile Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile service
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems
- Proficiency in computer applications and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Good communication and coordination abilities
