Quality Officer

Job Description

• •Establishing an independent quality system to monitor compliance wit CAAN requirements regarding all matters affecting the approval.  
• •Ensuring that required standards of quality are achieved in accordance with the requirements of CAAN and Manufactures;
• •Implementing, maintaining, promoting and further developing the Quality and Safety management system.
• •Monitoring and ensuring that the company and contracted maintenance organization are performing in accordance with procedures and/ or contracts, as applicable and approved by CAAN, and that the company complies with requirements.
• •To carry out annual audits and follow-up audits after the Corrective Actions have been taken on the findings of the audit. 
• •Ensuring that all audits are properly documented, analyzed, distribution of reports and securely stored.
• •Proposing and recommending corrective actions, monitoring trends and evaluating quality and safety activities periodically
• •Manages the Company Occurrence/Deficiency Reporting systems, corrective actions taken and results to prevent recurrence; 
• •To maintain and update records of all Certifying Staff with regards to Training, Licensing, and company Certification Authorization. 
• •Promoting corporate culture, launching of campaigns for the quality and safety.
• •To coordinate with Quality Manager and Accountable Manager to issue down in Quality System Procedures.
• •To coordinate and arrange Quality Review Meetings with the stakeholders.
• •Maintaining liaison (on behalf of Manager, Quality)quality issues with government regulatory bodies and other organization.
   

Job Requirements

• Engineering Diploma or Degree in Engineering 
• Holder of Quality Auditor training on QMS preferred 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CAMO or Quality Management system 
• Experience in maintenance planning 
• Preferred experience in Aviation industry
