Job Description
-
Support the day-to-day administrative functions of the college.

Handle documentation, record keeping, and filing tasks efficiently.

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications.

Assist faculty, staff, and students with administrative needs.

Maintain databases, student records, and update academic files.
-
Ensure smooth office operations by managing supplies and logistics.

Respond to emails, phone calls, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
Job Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (completed).
-
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality of information.
