Job Description

• In-depth understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and international standards.
• Lead and oversee end–to–end manufacturing operations across multiple business units.
• Design & Implement Preventive maintenance SOPs and Checklists.
• Complete ownership of Quality across all manufacturing processes
• Experienced in leading manufacturing transformation and cross-functional alignment.
• A strategic thinker with top-notch communication and coordination skills
• Driving AI and automation-led innovations for process and system improvement, predictive maintenance and real-time monitoring.
• A people’s leader with strong team-building and mentoring capabilities.
• A strategic thinker with top-notch communication,coordination & collaboration skills.
• Adept at working in fast-paced,multi-stakeholder environments.
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Enginering/Industrial Management/Operations or relevant field
• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing; experience across sectors (agro,food,industrial etc.)is a plus
• Proven track record of driving manufacturing excellence and cultural transformation
