Job Description
- Oversee daily chicken production and quality control activities
- Supervise production workers and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products
- Maintain daily production reports and manage stock accuracy
- Support continuous improvement and drive efficiency on the production floor
Job Requirements
- BachelorDegree in Science,Food Technology, or Biotechnology
- Minimum +2 /Intermediate level completed; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory
- 1–2 years of experience in a related field (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of quality assurance and food safety standards
