Job Description

Oversee daily operations of the showroom to ensure smooth functioning.

Manage sales targets, customer service, and staff performance.

Ensure visual merchandising and product displays are up to standard.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide excellent service.

Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and marketing teams.

Train, supervise, and motivate showroom staff.

Prepare sales reports and manage budgeting tasks.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 4-5 years in Automobile sales
- Strong understanding of the automobile industry, sales processes, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
- Valid driver's license.
