Job Description

  • Oversee the procurement, inventory, and distribution of spare parts.
  • Develop and implement inventory control strategies to minimize shortages and excess stock.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely availability of parts.
  • Analyze market trends and customer demands to optimize stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and cost-effectiveness in purchasing.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and sales.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in spare parts management, ideally within the heavy equipment sector.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office tools.
