Job Description
- Oversee the procurement, inventory, and distribution of spare parts.
- Develop and implement inventory control strategies to minimize shortages and excess stock.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely availability of parts.
- Analyze market trends and customer demands to optimize stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and cost-effectiveness in purchasing.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and sales.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in spare parts management, ideally within the heavy equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office tools.
