Job Description

Oversee the procurement, inventory, and distribution of spare parts.
Develop and implement inventory control strategies to minimize shortages and excess stock.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely availability of parts.
Analyze market trends and customer demands to optimize stock levels.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and cost-effectiveness in purchasing.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and sales.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams.

Job Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in spare parts management, ideally within the heavy equipment sector.
Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office tools.
