Job Description
- Oversee the entire warehousing operations of the Company
- Ensure the safe receipt and storage of the inventory items in the Company’s Warehouse facilities as per the product’s requirement and Company guidelines
- Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as instructed by Company Management
- Monitoring inventory levels at all times and ensuring re-ordering is done in a timely manner
- Communicating and coordinating with the Sales Team and ensuring orders are dispatched in a timely manner as per Company guidelines
- Communicating and coordinating with the Accounts/Finance team as and when required to update any records necessary
- Communicating with the Company Management any issues that come up in the
- Warehousing function and provide solutions to resolve the issues
- Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements as per
- product requirement
- Ensure the work environment is safe, clean, and secure at all times
- Oversee the planned maintenance of the Company’s vehicles, machinery, and equipment
- Other duties considered reasonable in line with the position and in the normal course of
- business.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing the warehouse of a reputed company
- Bachelor's completed in Management
- Past experience letter from previous company/job
- Experience in handling Air Conditioner/VRV-VRF and electronic home appliances products and parts, familiarity with its operations will be given preference
- Preference will be given to candidates with good computing and systems knowledge
- Must be energetic, resourceful, willing to learn and participate in company affairs, and be a strong team player
- Should have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be proficient in the use of English and Nepali language – both spoken and written
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driver’s license
