Job Description
1. Installation of IMS Software
2. Knowledge of IRD and document processing
3. Basic knowledge of IMS Software
4. Must be able to resolve billing issues independently
5. Must be able to undertake the issue raised by clients and report to concerned personnel if required
6. Must be able to provide training
7. Must be able to demonstrate IMS Software
8. Must undertake and train subordinates
9. Efficient decision making capability
10. Promptly identify the issues
11. Must attend meetings with clients if problem escalates.

2. Should have 1-3 years’ experience in Support.
