Student Affairs Director

Job Description

The Student Affairs Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of student services and support programs. This includes student life, counseling services, career services, student organizations, and other initiatives that enhance student experience and success. The Director works closely with students, faculty, and staff to foster a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive campus community.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in student affairs or related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of student development theory and best practices in student affairs.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
