Store & Dispatch Officer

Job Description

• Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly.
• Managing and training store staff.
• Planning promotional campaigns for new products or specials.
• Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
• Mediating any confrontations between staff and clients, and de-escalating the situation.

Skill Requirements

Coordinate with production and quality control teams to ensure timely availability of products for dispatch within the food industry.
Plan and schedule logistics for inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods within the food industry.

Implement safety and security measures for storage and transportation of products within the food industry.
Required Computer skills and knowledge of  SAP (MM Module) , Microsoft Office applications such as Power Point, Word, and Excel
Implement inventory management systems and procedures to track stock movements, stock counts, and inventory accuracy within food processing/manufacturing facilities
