Job Description

Develop, implement, and maintain effective Management Information Systems (MIS).
Collect, analyze, and report data to support decision-making processes.
Oversee database management and ensure data accuracy, security, and availability.
Design and generate dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
Collaborate with departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
Ensure compliance with organizational data policies and industry standards.
Provide training and support to end-users on MIS applications and tools.
Identify areas for process improvement and automation.

Job Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in MIS roles, particularly in sales data management and operational reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
Familiarity with data visualization tools.
Knowledge of ERP systems and database management is a plus.
