Sr. MIS Officer

Job Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain effective Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Collect, analyze, and report data to support decision-making processes.
• Oversee database management and ensure data accuracy, security, and availability.
• Design and generate dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
• Collaborate with departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational data policies and industry standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users on MIS applications and tools.
• Identify areas for process improvement and automation.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field. 
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in MIS roles, particularly in sales data management and operational reporting. 
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel 
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and database management is a plus.
