Job Description

Support day-to-day service activities and job card processing
Coordinate between service team and customers for service follow-ups
Maintain proper documentation and service reports using MS Word and Excel
Assist in preparing presentations and service-related data in PowerPoint
Ensure timely reporting and tracking of service records
Provide administrative and operational support to the service department

Job Requirements

Diploma in Automobile, CTVET, or Mechanical Engineering
Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in a related field preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and grow in the automobile industry
