Job Description
- Attend and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
- Conduct site visits for measurements and client requirement analysis
- Recommend suitable furniture, curtains, blinds, upholstery, and furnishing solutions
- Generate leads through regular visits to residential and commercial project sites
- Build and maintain professional relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sales conversions
- Coordinate with production and installation teams for smooth project execution
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- Maintain proper client communication and after-sales support
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Minimum 1–5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing
- Good communication and convincing skills with English speaking ability
- Presentable, confident, and client-friendly personality
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Basic knowledge of furniture, furnishing products, interiors, fabrics, curtains, or blinds
- Strong negotiation and sales closing ability
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
- Existing network with architects/interior designers will be an added advantage
