Job Description
- Supervise and manage daily showroom operations efficiently
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve regional sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and business partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Conduct market visits and promotional activities to increase product visibility and sales
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and performance updates for management
- Ensure excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational and sales activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree completed in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in Two-Wheeler Sales is mandatory
- Preference will be given to candidates with EV two-wheeler experience
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of sales strategies and market analysis
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
