Job Description
- Achieve assigned sales targets through direct market sales activities.
- Identify and open new retail stores and business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Maintain and expand product range selling in existing outlets.
- Regularly visit markets, retail shops, and store outlets for order collection and relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers.
- Ensure product visibility, availability, and proper merchandising in stores.
- Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback updates.
- Coordinate with the sales and distribution team for smooth operations.
Job Requirements
- SLC or Intermediate completed.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food & beverage sales or related sales field preferred; candidates from any field can also apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in field-based sales operations.
- Must own and operate a smartphone.
- Good market knowledge and customer-handling skills preferred.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented personality.
- Ability to travel regularly for market visits.
