Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and market growth
- Manage and supervise distributors, dealers, and sales teams within the assigned territory
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify business opportunities
- Ensure strong market coverage, product availability, and brand visibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review
- Conduct regular market visits and provide guidance to the sales team
- Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5–6 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or Beverage industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Good knowledge of market operations and sales planning
- Ability to handle distributor management and market expansion activities
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
