Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Understand client hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • Negotiate terms of business, contracts, and service agreements
  • Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of candidates
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and regularly update CRM systems
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and hiring needs
  • Attend client meetings, presentations, and industry events

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
