Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Understand client hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Negotiate terms of business, contracts, and service agreements
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of candidates
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and regularly update CRM systems
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and hiring needs
- Attend client meetings, presentations, and industry events
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
