Job Description
- Achieve targets set by management for both service & spares revenue.
- Should be able to handle an in-house team of 20-30 persons and various contractors for elevator business.
- Will be responsible for entire team management , team motivation, training, appraisals, retention & should possess strong leadership qualities.
- Regular interaction with Principle companies of all brands.
- Should be responsible for MOQ & proper/ adequate stocking of spare parts.

Proper mobilisation and quality check of new elevator sites as per company/ managament guidelines and ensure satisfactory handover to end user.
Job Requirements
- Should possess strong management & reporting skills.
- Good in excel, PPT & other MS applications.
- Review after sales MIS and present to management on fortnightly & monthly basis
- Strong negotiation, and customer sales-service skills
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skil
