Basic Information
Job Description
- Greet customers and schedule service appointments.
- Diagnose customer issues and recommend appropriate services.
- Provide cost estimates and explain repair details to customers.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering
- Experience- Minimum 4 years experience in Service sector
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
