Senior Store Incharge

Job Description

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and stock control
• Maintain accurate records of materials, goods received, and dispatch
• Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid any production delays
• Supervise store team and coordinate with other departments
• Ensure compliance with safety and organizational procedures
• Use POS systems and computer tools for store documentation and reporting

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a store/warehouse role within a manufacturing unit
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and best practices.
•  Excellent customer service and communication skills.
•  Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
•  Strong organizational and time management skills.
