Job Description
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and stock control
- Maintain accurate records of materials, goods received, and dispatch
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid any production delays
- Supervise store team and coordinate with other departments
- Ensure compliance with safety and organizational procedures
- Use POS systems and computer tools for store documentation and reporting
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a store/warehouse role within a manufacturing unit
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and best practices.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
