Senior Project Manager

Job Description

• Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders, including community members, government agencies, and other NGOs to achieve project goals.
• Expertise on project management, forestry and environmental knowledge, fundraising and grants management.
• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams and external resources for flawless execution.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze success and improvement areas.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in project sales, ideally within the manufacturing, construction, or glass industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process for large-scale, project-based sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and manage client relationships and understand their project needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex project sales requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sales projects simultaneously.
