Job Description

Lead and manage the lubricants division, ensuring achievement of sales and profitability targets

Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market presence

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and industrial clients

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) for seamless execution

Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the sales team

Prepare and present regular business reports and forecasts to management
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)

7–10 years of experience in the lubricants industry
-
Minimum 3 years in a managerial or leadership role

Strong understanding of the industrial lubricants market
-
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
-
Analytical mindset with strong decision-making abilities
-
Willingness to travel extensively across regions
