Job Description
- Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Job Requirements
- Good Communication skill
- Flexible to perform job duties beyond regular work hours
- Knowledge about sales organization, travel, market, trade-distributors, wholesalers etc.
- Must be able to sustain pressure and be result oriented
