Job Description
- Supervise and manage daily shift operations.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with team members to maintain operational efficiency.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline during shifts.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality standards.
- Prepare daily reports and coordinate with management.
- Ensure proper handling of cash, billing, and documentation (if applicable).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in BHM / BBA / BBS or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Shift Incharge (preferred).
- Freshers from hospitality background with strong potential may also apply.
- Excellent communication skills (English required; local language is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; PMS knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work in morning and evening shifts.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
