Job Description

  • Supervise and manage daily shift operations.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with team members to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline during shifts.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality standards.
  • Prepare daily reports and coordinate with management.
  • Ensure proper handling of cash, billing, and documentation (if applicable).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in BHM / BBA / BBS or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Shift Incharge (preferred).
  • Freshers from hospitality background with strong potential may also apply.
  • Excellent communication skills (English required; local language is an advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; PMS knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to work in morning and evening shifts.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
