Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the organization.
- Manage departmental heads and operations staff, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize performance.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and hospitality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry with proven operational management experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze operational performance and implement improvements.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
