Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the organization.
  • Manage departmental heads and operations staff, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize performance.
  • Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and hospitality standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •  Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry with proven operational management experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze operational performance and implement improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
