Job Description
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
- Maintain excellent guest relations to ensure a positive customer experience
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service operations
- Maintain guest records and basic documentation using computer systems
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and hospitality protocols
- Support daily front-office and guest service activities
- Work in assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management / Hotel Management, or
- BHM / Diploma in HM / Flight Attendant background
- Fresher and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills (English required; local language is an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Presentable personality with a positive and professional attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; PMS knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle guests professionally
- Willingness to work morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
