Job Description
- Oversee and manage day-to-day hospitality operations
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments for service excellence
- Implement and monitor operational SOPs and service standards
- Supervise, train, and manage operational staff
- Handle operational challenges and resolve issues effectively
- Monitor performance, productivity, and service quality
- Ensure compliance with hospitality policies, safety, and quality standards
- Prepare basic operational reports and documentation
- Support management in planning and improving operational efficiency
Job Requirements
- BHM / Diploma in Hotel Management or related hospitality qualification
- 2–4 years of experience in hospitality operations management
- Experience in hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality service industry preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of hospitality SOPs, service standards, and compliance
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
