Relationship Manager

Job Description

• Building , maintaining, and enhancing relationship with existing and new vendors/channel partners/land owners/investors.
• Selection and negotiations of vendors/channel partners/land owners.
• rowing an awareness of the local market and general economic conditions
• Satisfying and exceeding customer needs and expectations satisfying regulatory requirements
• Partner with client coverage teams to understand which JPMC suppliers are clients of the bank and partner coverage teams to coordinate around activities that impact these companies (leverage good things and mitigate negative ones)
• Partner with both sourcing and client coverage to help drive holistic decision-making around sourcing deals that optimize to both the cost and delivery management objectives of JPMC client relationship

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• 2-3 years experience in a related field
• Possess in-depth understanding and knowledge of the local Real Estate industry
