Quality Control Officer

Job Description

Coordinate and lead production teams to produce high-quality apparel.
• Communicate with the US team and studio teams to share reports, resolve queries, align
project goals.
• Conduct investigations into quality problems, determine root causes, and implement solutions
to prevent recurrence.
• Identify and document quality issues; work with cross-functional teams on corrective and
preventive actions.
• Monitor production processes and perform in-process inspections.
• Analyze, document, and report quality data; coordinate international communications via
emails.
• Manage logistics tasks including DHL booking, sharing tracking info, and obtaining shipment
approvals.
• Perform field visits as required to ensure production and quality standards  

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control within the clothing/apparel industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to conduct field visits as part of job responsibilities.
• Owning a two-wheeler vehicle and a valid license is preferred.
