Job Description
- To assure all process parameters are within standard and to be kept
- variety wiserecord and their update.
- To assure quality production and productivity according to quality policy
- Assuring variety wise ingredients, INPM change and variety wise
- batch codeverification.
- Assuring all raw materials used and their quantity to be used in products.
- Assurance of GMP (packaging, storage, Loading/Unloading of raw and finish
- goods)
- Prepare quality monitoring plan and carryout activities daily
- Lab inspection and analysis of raw materials, packaging materials and ingredientsand reporting timely on daily basis
- Inspection of any defect products, holding quality defected products and materialsand reporting
- Conduct Sensory analysis of our product with internal approved sensory
- panelist andsummarize the feedback and improve the same KAIZEN for improvement in productivity, quality, manpower optimization
- Develop, implement and maintain all the document of every activity of thedepartment as per the requirement of FSMS (ISO 22000:2018) 5S implementation in floor.
- Trainings on floor hygiene, personal hygiene, OHS, manpower capacitydevelopment, etc
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Food Technology/Master in Food Technology
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control/ assurance officer
- Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Good technical and IT skills.
