Job Description

Lead and oversee the Quality Control (QC) department to ensure cement products meet required standards.

Implement and maintain quality management systems and statistical process controls (SPC).

Supervise laboratory testing, analyze results, and resolve quality-related issues.

Train and guide QC staff, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance protocols.
-
Collaborate with production and management teams to improve processes and product quality.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: BSC/MSC in Chemical
- Experience: 7- 10 years of experience
- Proven experience in managing a team and leading a QC department.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, statistical process control (SPC), and quality assurance methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment.
