Basic Information
Job Description
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and address quality issues to prevent defects and improve processes.
- Prepare reports and documentation for quality audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to maintain quality consistency.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for quality improvement.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications: B.Tech (Food Technology/BSC/MSC)
- Experience: Must have 2-3 yrs of experience in Manufacturing or FMCG company.
- Strong knowledge of food safety principles, HACCP, and other relevant quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
