Job Description

Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality standards.

Provide constructive feedback to improve call performance.

Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.

Maintain detailed reports and QA records.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelors Degree Graduates preferred.
- Must have 1-2 years of experience in call centre
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
