Job Description

  • Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality standards.

  • Provide constructive feedback to improve call performance.

  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.

  • Maintain detailed reports and QA records.

Job Requirements

 

  • Qualification: Bachelors Degree Graduates preferred.
  • Must have 1-2 years of experience in call centre 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
