Job Description
- Develop,implement and maintain quality control systems and SOPs.
- Supervise quality control inspectors, technicians and analysts.
- Monitor product standards and enforce compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct raw material,in-process and finished product testing.
- Maintain detailed reports and documentation of inspections and test results.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to address quality issues.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/ preventive action (CAPA)for non- conformities.
- Prepare for and support internal/external audits and inspections.
- Train and mentor QC staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of lab equipment and testing tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology,Microbiology,Biotechnology, Chemistry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in quality control/assurance,preferably in agro,food.
- Experience with laboratory testing methods and analytical equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving,communication, and team management skills.
