Job Description

  • Achieve team sales target by implementing effective approach and sales plans to ensure the result are in line with the company business plan.
  • Develop project sales within the targeted 6 key segments namely residential, commercial, hotel and resorts, education, health and flooring Repainting segments basing on the focuses such as 1)Iconic Building, 2) Development of relationship with key accounts 3)Strong concern of Financial background of customers 4) Competitors information.
  • Set plan to develop a very strong relationship with the key customers who are main players in the market.
  • Monitors competitors’ activities, strategies, organization chart as well as prices. Come up with the plan against the movement of the competitors and discuss with Sales and Marketing Manager
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English, strong sale presences, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Candidate must have Master's Degree with 5-6 years experience in relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft office and knowledge in CRM tool.
